Meet our team
Having gained a BSc (Hons) degree in Estate Management from Reading University, Adam qualified as a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) while at Arnold's in Norwich. Following time at Savills, Adam returned to Arnolds to establish a dedicated Planning and Development department.
In 2009 Adam decided to establish PlanSurv in order to give clients the best possible professional and personalised service.

After graduating with a degree in Geography from the University of Reading, Suzanne gained a masters degree in Development Planning. Suzanne previously worked within local authority strategic planning for 5 years and became a Member of the Royal Town Planning Institute in 2013. Suzanne joined PlanSurv as a Planner in 2015.

Ruth graduated with a BA (Hons) in Geography from the University of Sussex and worked in the voluntary sector and a local authority managing community and strategic projects. Ruth started her career as a Planner in the Development Management team of East Cambridgeshire District Council in 2015 and achieved a distinction in her MSc in Town Planning the following year. Ruth joined PlanSurv in 2017.

Kelly is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and has worked in the industry since 2001. Kelly joined PlanSurv at the beginning of 2016 and was keen to take on the challenges of a new role, in a new industry. Kelly also assists the team with a range of planning tasks.

After gaining a BSc in Business Edward began working within the property industry, initially in residential sales and property management. Edward joined PlanSurv in February 2018 after being self-employed as a Property Auditor and completed an MSc in ‘Urban and Rural Planning’ at the University of Bristol in 2020.
Edward is a Licentiate member of the RTPI.

Clare joined the team in March 2020. Her previous job roles have included being a radio presenter and also general manager of a transport firm. Although joining the firm in unprecedented times, she has immersed herself in assisting in various applications and loves being part of the PlanSurv team.

Sarah graduated from the University of Exeter with a BSc (Hons) degree in Geography and went on to complete an MSc in Development Planning at the University of Reading.
Following time in London at global real estate advisers DTZ, Sarah returned to Cambridgeshire to work for East Cambridgeshire District Council (ECDC) and became a Member of the Royal Town Planning Institute shortly thereafter. During her eight years at ECDC, Sarah worked in a variety of roles including strategic planning, masterplanning and development control. Sarah works with PlanSurv on a consultancy basis.
