Up to Eight New Dwellings outside the Settlement Boundary

Burrough End, Cambridgeshire

PlanSurv successfully secured planning permission for up to eight new dwellings outside the settlement boundary of Burrough End, Cambridgeshire.  PlanSurv worked closely with East Cambridgeshire District Council to secure a delegated approval for up to eight new dwellings based on a five year housing land supply argument, while the parallel promotion of the site achieved a draft allocation in the Emerging Local Plan.

PlanSurv’s planning expertise, coupled with the skills of JAP Architects secured outline planning permission for the site.
